Overall I love the location...

Liked: King bed was specified when booking but received two twin bedBreakfast was not that great, limited selection on vegetable and fruits.Location was great but surrounding area outside the facility was little dirty
Disliked: The lobby restroom is located in the basement it is inconvenient for guest that has mobility difficulty to climb down.

Good, but not great

Liked: This hotel is a 4 star hotel that could almost be a 5 star hotel. By far the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are genuinely committed to making everyone’s stay as wonderful as possible. They were kind, compassionate, and professional.
Disliked: Fundamentally this hotel is extremely understaffed and that is the glaring problem. Also, house keeping was atrocious (maybe also a staffing problem, not sure). Also, the bathrooms are tiny with half the shower open so the floors invariably get very wet. Lastly, the room had no storage for clothes other than a few hangars. It would have been nice to have shelves or drawers so we weren’t living out is a suitcase for a week.

Disliked: Air conditioner was not good, very noisy especially at night time.Breakfast could have been better for the class of the hotel, same food every day.
