Liked: Location is great, central and you can walk everywhere.We had the deluxe river view room and it was perfect. Clean, modern and cosy, also quiet.Good breakfast in their river view restaurant.
Disliked: The window should be cleaned more often to really enjoy the view..

Air conditioning does not work....

Disliked: Air conditioning does not work. Changed room 3 times. Didn't work in any of the 3 rooms. Curtains let lots of light in. So impossible to sleep.

Disliked: Cleanliness in bathroom poor. Sink was clogged. Breakfast crowded and several key food items were empty with no refill within the hour. Only one coffee machine working.

Disliked: Reception staff totally unprofessional. Upon arrival they charge me once more the price even this was paid in advance and bank statement was shared with them. During checking out same long discussion and after 15 min a sort of manager realised their mistake . Money returned after 5 days

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: Breakfast was very good - lots of choice and good food. The only disappointment was the ginger shot was not served at the weekend.
Disliked: I thought the pillows were slightly uncomfortable. Our room didn’t have a view - it looked out over a glass roof and the curtain was in the closed position. I found this annoying as I wanted daylight in the room and there was no way to tie the curtain back.
