Great location, wonderful facilities and...

Liked: Beautiful historic building. The room was so much larger than newer hotels. Bathroom was very nice. Big shower. Loved the marble floors. There was even a seperate bathtub. I wish I had noticed that there was a pool when I booked. I had a look at the pool area and it looked great. Spa also. Next time. The bar and lounge area were also very welcoming and comfortable. Buffet breakfast in the morning was very satisfying. Most of all the staff were wonderful. Friendly and happy with great customer service skills.
Disliked: Red carpet at the entry on the stairs was worn out. Looked terrible compared to the rest of the place.
