Very comfortable City hotel -...

Liked: Comfortable hotel, close to attractions, shopping, restaurants and public transport. Beautiful old building and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is fantastic and varied and lasts until 11am. The hotel has a sauna which we didn't use and a small gym. Friendly staff and good service.
Disliked: The gym equipment needs service. A bike is broken and doesn't work. We were surprised to have to ask for the room to be cleaned, but it was fixed.

Liked: The location is great, there’s about 1-2 minutes to main railway station (so it’s great if you go to Helsinki by plane) and also from the bus and tram stops. We went to Helsinki by ferry and it was direct tram as well from the Katajanoka Terminal. But actually you can go from the hotel by foot to the main attractions of the city (Uspenski Catedral, Ateneum, Helsinki Catedral, Oodi Library, Old Market, etc). Everything is pretty close.Our room was comfortable and tidy. Really great option for the stay in Helsinki.
