Liked: It is clean and comfortable. Central located
Disliked: Pitty there was no pool. There should be better catering for vegan people at the menu for dinner

Liked: Location was stunning and hotel was immaculate. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
Disliked: A little disappointed that for the price of the room we were still charged 20E for parking

Stylish and Tranquil!

Liked: Great breakfast selection, lovely staff and close to both the train station and many restaurants. I loved the private funicular to Les Thermes! The interior decor is also gorgeous.
Disliked: It was difficult to get hold of room service and the front desk from the room. However this is a minor remark!

Excellent hotel, staff, restaurant and...

Liked: Excellent hotel in an excellent location and proximity to the Spa. There was a beautiful scenic trolley ride from the hotel to the spa and restaurants/shopping all in walking distance. Added bonus, Belgian bier is the best in the world and I always enjoy visiting.
