Slightly disappointing.

Liked: The bed was really comfy, good location.
Disliked: The 'reception' is currently a literal building site which you have to walk through to get to the main desk / lifts. There is dust, hanging wires, and trip hazards absolutely everywhere. Reception staff weren't very welcoming at all and were unhelpful at best. We weren't pre-warned of this before our arrival and my messages to the hotel before we arrived about how to book the spa, and restaurant, went unanswered.
