The good the bad the...

Liked: Very clean and awesome room. Breakfast was a plus. The hotel was beautiful.
Disliked: The shower needs a glass door or curtain to cover the shower from getting the bathroom wet. I also didn't like the fact that I had to pay for parking. It was 24 dollars... we are not parking in downtown Minneapolis.

A wonderful hotel experience for...

Liked: I loved this hotel. I loved being connected to the mall. This hotel was very accommodating to me and my family. I loved the text notifications and easy check out. The lounge for the evening was such an amazing touch to our stay and we definitely utilized that. The staff is very friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: I can’t say anything negative about my experience at this hotel because we simply had a wonderful stay.

Liked: Being attached to the Mall of America was extremely handy. The restaurant located in the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: One of the double beds felt broken in the middle, so was super uncomfortable to sleep on.
