Disliked: Paid for executive room, nice addition of an espresso machine in the room but no biscuits surprised me for the money.

Disliked: Poor front of house staff- we had an issue with the room that required a room change. There was no acknowledgment from front of house staff, very little communication about what steps were being taken . The alternative room that was offered had not been turned around fully so was missing towels and tea making facilities. We didn’t bother letting front of house staff know as we had lost interest.
