Disliked: A lady cleaner walked into our room whilst we were in the room to change a bottle of soap which seemed very suspicious bearing in mind what I’d emailed the hotel previous to our stay.

Liked: All things are wonderful and clean, the bed is comfortable, the views are attractive and very wonderful, and the bathroom is clean
Disliked: Honestly, I have booked a lot of times at this hotel, I think more than 5 times, and all the times the Wi-Fi network was weak, and when I want to open YouTube, for example, it will take a lot of time, and also if I want to turn on my phone data, the network is very weak and on all floors So they have to add a device to strengthen the phone's coverage if someone wants to turn on the phone's data Also, there are some fees for if you have a car and you want to put it in the hotel garage, I think it should be free

Liked: Central location, anonimity, security, speedy check-in helpful staff, planty of hot water.
Disliked: Room was tired could do with a spruce up, no hairdryer, no alternative milks or offerings for allergens, and the pillows were the worst Ive had in a Radisson. Awful.

Great short stay.

Liked: Great location close to the city centre, train and bus station. My room was nice a roomy. Clean and tidy.
Disliked: The reception desk was sort of hidden behind pillars. Not many hooks in bathroom.

Liked: The breakfast we had was absolutely lovely! Couldn’t fault it at all! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and answered many queries!
Disliked: The rooms were lovely, they could’ve been a little cleaner. Overall was clean but little things like the cabinets next to the beds had a lot of dust on
