Radisson Blu Hotel Zurich Airport

Liked: location at the airport
Disliked: long waiting times for check in

Standards slipping at the hotel,...

Liked: Great place to stay begore glying out of the airport the next day.
Disliked: 1) Dropping off luggage and checking in before returning rental car. If you pull up in front of the hotel there is no way to avoid a chf4 charge to get to the rental return through the arrivals area. Porter at door too busy having a chat and smoke break to direct traffic, receptionist did not know how to give directions to avoid charge; 2) large shower head in bathroom was loose and detached in my hand. Was clearly broken and should have been reported by cleaning staff. If it had dropped on our head coild have been a nasty accident.

Best Hotel in Zurich Airport

Liked: It is the best hotel to stay in at Zurich airport- great for the early morning flights. Rooms/Beds are all great but i consider it expensive (but agreed it is Zurich) The New Bar is great and staff friendly.

Very relaxing venue after exhausting...

Liked: Location excellent for overnight stay
Disliked: The coffee, cappuccino etc in lounge area.

Disliked: Room was way too dark. Faced the courtyard. Lamp lighting in room was insufficient.

Liked: Lovely and clean room.
Disliked: The toilet did not stop running all night long. And we booked for five people but were given four beds.
