Disliked: Check in was @3 we didn't get our room until 3:42 room wasn't readyI requested a double bed got 2 singles bed which was not suitable with a child as the bed kept separating Dirt cushion on chair in the roomQueed for 15 minutes for breakfast this morning, not happy this stay at all. I have stayed here previously & never had these issues

Liked: Gorgeous views from the hotel, location, room size, greeting on the tv.
Disliked: Waiting for food in the restaurant even though it was very empty, queuing for swimming and breakfast for a long time.
