Liked: Lovely hotel. The staff we encountered were lovely. Room was comfortable, however needs to be dusted every time it's cleaned. Rooms are very warm and thermostat didn't seem to do its job cooling. Breakfast had a huge array of choices.
Disliked: I didn't like that there was only one waitress in the restaurant, and she was taking care of the whole floor. She did an exceptional job (night of the 24th) but found it to be unfair only one was looking after so many. I also feel the need to bring up the lack of vending machines / the ability to buy cold drinks after hours. I just feel the hotel is understaffed. Everything seemed to have taken longer than it should've.

Liked: The bar and pool and reception were nice and clean and relaxing.
Disliked: The room was fairly dusty and had a lot of stains on the base of the bed. The bath water pressure was terrible, and it took an hour to get it to a couple of inches of water. I think the plug hole was letting out water, too, as it was filling, which didn't help.

Liked: Good location for travelling to Cobh and Blarney Castle.Close to train for travelling in to Cork.Good breakfast selection.
Disliked: Guy who checked us in could have been a bit more pleasant.
