Disliked: 4pm check in. Could be earlier. Massive queue at 4pm to check in. They had one computer free they could have another staff member to occupy the third computer. Also I tried the automated check in, my money was approved taken, then screen said, check in unable to proceed. While waiting in queue to check in, I went to take some water from jugs left in lobby but upon closer inspection, the glasses there had previously been used so what looked like courtesy water was actually uncleared glasses from a welcome reception earlier in the day. Fair enough in travelodge, but not in raddisson Blu for €250 a night

Liked: The breakfast was good with a variety of choices. The staff were excellent.
Disliked: The room was a bit tired and needed better dusting. The TV did not work. There was a cover over the smoke detector which we were concerned about. We brought this to the staff’s attention and it was treated with concern.

Good
