I would stay at this...

Liked: Breakfast and Breakfast staff were good.Location of the Hotel was great.Old part of the hotel was beautiful, but later renovations need to be undone. Back stair way to the spa was convenient. Double windows were a wonderful surprise.
Disliked: Lobby is too small. Front staff has too many responsibilities. Housekeeping needs to be trained to strictly adhere to a standard. General Manager is not on the property every day.

Liked: Great communication with the staff, rooms are spacious and breakfast is solid
Disliked: Little things like going into the shower and intending to use the shower gel bottle, but finding it empty.

Excellent location, great food and...

Liked: The check was easy and they let us into our room earlier than expected. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of variety. We even met with the hotel manager, who was lovely, and gave us information about the hotel, and asked us about our stay. the entire experience was wonderful.
Disliked: I am really reaching but I think the fact that there was no rom service after 9PM. Other than that it was all good for us. Nothing really to dislike.

Serviceable hotel near bus stops,...

Liked: The room was large and comfortable. The hotel bar was nice and convenient. Location was close to two bus stops. Restaurants and cafes were within easy walking distance.
Disliked: The hotel staff do not maintain a presence near the reception area. It was quite common to wait for someone to show. Smokers congregated right outside the front entrance (including the receptionist) which made it difficult to get to the main entrance.
