I was very pleased and...

Liked: The place was very nice and decent.
Disliked: Onec I got home and I checked the invoice I realized I was charged double for breakfast. The receptionist told me it was €20 per day and I was charged €80 instead of 40 (I stayed 2 days). I emailed them and hopefully will get a refund.

Liked: Very clean hotel and close to amenities. Staff was very helpful and kind! We were travelling with our baby and they helped us a lot and were very flexible with us! Thank you!

Liked: Good parking
Disliked: No room service or bar after 23:00, no way to get a bottle of water for the children anywhere, the bar man was very rude when asked for water. Order breakfast they only brought half of the order. Room smelled bad.

Did not meet my expectations.

Liked: The Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was not outstanding but reasonably good. Location was bit far from the all the key attractions but was easy to commute. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The hot water in the shower took ages to warm and was not really warm. Just at room temperature. House keeping was bit ordinary for a Radisson Hotel. Sheet was not changed across the 3 nights I was there. No water was kept in the room after the initial check in. For the price we paid and the name of the franchise, we expected better service.
