Unimpressed – not the Radisson...

Disliked: Disappointed – needs better service and attention to detailWe expected more from the Radisson Blu Nice. We booked two rooms for three nights and encountered several issues: a broken shower head that fell on my leg, a toilet paper holder that detached multiple times, and very poor housekeeping. Despite putting up a service sign at 9 AM, no one came until after 3 PM – and only when we found a cleaner ourselves. Towels and basic toiletries were only replaced on request. Our kids’ room never had the shower gel refilled.Also, you can’t purchase bottled water after 11:30 PM, which is frustrating. And surprisingly – in a French hotel – no French toast at breakfast. At checkout, the reception staff didn’t ask how our stay was, which summed up the lack of care. Very underwhelming for a 4-star hotel.

Liked: Great view.
Disliked: Room had only one small cupboard; Empty mini-bar. The shower in bathtub was broken and had to be replaced. Some of the lights in the room also did not work.
