Liked: I had a great stay at the Radisson Blu in Malmö. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The location is also excellent, close to everything I needed. Overall, very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing Experience – Not What...

Disliked: We had a rather unpleasant experience at this hotel and expected much more from a Radisson property. Upon arrival, our check-in was a mess. First, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Then, the second room was already occupied. We ended up waiting in the lobby while they tried to find a clean, available room, all while explaining that their system had gone down and they couldn’t see which rooms were free.We arrived around midnight, exhausted from our trip, so this kind of inconvenience was the last thing we needed. The receptionist was polite and tried his best, which we appreciated – but aside from that, the overall experience was poor.The rooms are quite dated, dark, and dusty. Breakfast time was chaotic, and a particular low point was the man assigning tables in the breakfast area – extremely rude and unprofessional.If you’re considering this hotel, I would honestly recommend looking elsewhere. There are much better options in this price range.
