Disliked: In our room -3517 was a bad smell, the AC doesn’t stop at all- I had to cover the blowing surface with papers!The breakfast needs to be improved! Al least for chef to learn how to fry the eggs

Nice stay in Lyon, central...

Liked: Well located hotel, very close to the train station and large shopping mall. There were easy connections to the metro and tram to the old town. Staff were nice and helpful during heatwave in Lyon
Disliked: There was a heatwave, the hotel was very warm, air con worked but we wished it was better. Staff gave out water and helped manage the heat (offered to change rooms etc)
