Liked: The location is perfect, the hotel is modern ,new ,staff is very kind, we were given an upgrade upon arrival
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Liked: Every thing was good and convenient stuff were very helpful and professional
Disliked: More space in the restaurant

Fabulous hotel in the centre...

Liked: Walking distance to the lake and old city, location was fantastic. Lovely and helpful staff and a great breakfast.
Disliked: Lack of a guest laundry (but I am complaining here).

Renovation is needed

Disliked: The location of the room it was very difficult to reach along with very long corridors with view on trains and very bad smell

Great location, good staff

Liked: The property is excellent, clean and well maintained, it’s near the lake and the room had a beautiful view.
Disliked: There was a place near by across the street that played loud booming music all day, you could hear it in the room, and it didn’t shut off till 11 pm, which was annoying. The shower has only half a door which makes it really uncomfortable to shower because the water would easily splash outside
