Disliked: Poor service, unclean corridor to our room with 15 uncollected dinner plates. No room service menu. Terrible service at the bar

Disliked: I stay here regularly and it is usually great. However this time the glasses were dirty, the kettle was disgusting and there was no sugar. The toilet also kept running water after being flushed. It made me feel uncomfortable as I wasn't sure if the room was properly cleaned.

Disliked: I thought the service in the restaurant was some of the worst that I have experienced anywhere. At least one m member of staff did not understand English & the food was “dumped” on the table without enquiring if one needed any condiments or other assistance

a much better experience

Liked: overnight stay for early flight. easy reception and as always pleasant staff. Room a great improvement on room 2024 and similar one on my last stay this stay room had a comfortable chair as well as the desk chair and also Tv was not positioned so you had to turn your head to watch it.
Disliked: as my stay was overnight only I did not find anything that could have been bettered
