Very good

Liked: Really spacious clean modern room with comfortable beds. It was close to Liverpool Waterfront, metro station Moorfields is up to 5 minutes by walk. Liverpool centre is up to 15 minutes by walk.
Disliked: You cannot open the windows, so the fresh air is sometimes missing. Breakfast is average, more vegetables and fruit would be appreciate.

Liked: The female receptionist we had was absolutely lovely! The city and hotel were really pleasing!
Disliked: The Aircon system was a bit rubbish, also in room 207 there's something stuck in one od the plugs I believe.

Unpleasant as the bedroom was...

Liked: Breakfast. The White Bar.
Disliked: Air conditioning not working in our "superior" room. Not fixed even after we reported it.. This was on two of the hottest days of the year so far and the room was like a sauna both nights.
