Liked: The rooms were spacious, comfortable mattress, location was great. We got the docks view which was fabulous
Disliked: We had requested for a Birthday cake and it was disappointing. the cake didn't meet up with our expectations.

Disliked: We go every year to use the pool and sauna facilities it did not say anywhere that this was shut and no longer in use and my booking was wrong

Rooms comfortable and staff generally...

Liked: Sadly some issues with bathroom and power points/hairdryers which were reported late afternoon and not attended to by the time we returned from the theatre. We were moved to another room at 23:30 by the helpful night staff, but this should have been sorted earlier.
Disliked: Hot breakfast food trays were all empty at 09:00 on the first morning and had to wait for refills. This was really poor even though it was known a large group were staying. We took a later breakfast on our second morning which worked much better.

Liked: Very close to the ferry terminal. Staff helpful and pleasant. Bathroom really nice. Room was ideal for our one night stay.

Disliked: Hotel as changed no pool no sauna no jacuzzi. Staff lied about how long it had been closed we was not told spa was closed when we booked..... Won't be going back....
