Liked: Honestly can’t think of a positive
Disliked: 1. Luke warm breakfast 2. Poor reception experience 3. We had to chase our beds being turned into a double and it took an hour 4. I asked for my suite to be pressed and was told couldn’t offer me the service despite it being advertised in our rooms 5. Reception and bar area smelt like dirty drains6. For nearly 2 hours in the morning a sound like air trapped in pipes was going off very loud 7. Chipped glasses8. When told 2 of my colleagues were leaving a day early due to their room having no air conditioning there was no apology or anything 9. Poor bar service and had to chase coffees and drinks twice and staff didn’t know what they were doing 10. No management 11. Dirty public areas with drinks left on landings for over 8 hours 12. Breakfast over priced

Good location but poor comfort...

Liked: Close to all amenities!!
Disliked: Bedroom was smelly and the breakfast was very poor!! Hardly anything left after 10am and food that was there, had a lot be desired. Food was left standing for too long and other guests were left disappointed too!
