Very good

A quick overnight transition between...

Liked: service from start to finish was excellent, particularly the restaurant experience
Disliked: couldnt manage to make room service from room phone.

So underwhelmed for a Radisson....

Liked: Car park was cheap and easy accessible. Team in the restaurant for breakfast were nice and accommodating
Disliked: Unfortunately a lot. 1. We asked for a crib for our 8 week old baby - It was said it would be ready for arrival it was not. We called down to get a crib and waited 30 mins for the concierge working (8th evening) to leave at the door and say it wasn't his job to take the extra pull out bed (that was not requested) out of the room that it was accommodations job and they were gone home. My wife and I had to try fold the bed drag it outside and tie the sheets around the clasp to stop it from opening on the corridor at midnight with an 8 week old baby in the room crying. 2. When we got the crib in it was broken. Staff said they had no more. Our baby had to sleep with pillows around her to prevent her rolling. Which ultimately meant neither my wife or I could sleep.3. Breakfast Hot buffet was cold. The cold section wasn't replenished. For 18€ pp was a let down4. Male receptionist on the desk around 5pm on the 9th was super rude and dismissive to regular guests but when a Radisson member came in he was super nice and ignored the rest of us for 20 mins.

Liked: breakfast is way above average, very good, but not as outstanding as in other radisson blue hotels. very comfortable beds.
Disliked: wifi is very very weak and poor allover the hotel. Installations are quite run down , need gradual renovation.

Ok. But just that. Passable.

Liked: I stayed here to be close to the airport. It was. I liked the bath in the room. It was a pleasure to have a bath, rather than only a shower.
Disliked: Should have been a shuttle to the airport. When asked if there was one, the reply was "there is no driver today or tomorrow. yesterday there was, the day after there will be, but not today and tomorrow." For goodness sake, you are an airport hotel. If you driver can't make it, find another one. I found this to be exceptionally poor.
