When I booked the hotel I was booking blind - I was looking for an ideal location for the arena as well as somewhere convenient for the evening and close to the centre for shopping. When we arrived just from the location, the fact that we didn't have to walk miles with suitcases from the car park, even not having to walk outside was a bonus. The staff were fab, as we had arrived early we had a choice of rooms to choose from which was great, and when we walked into the room, I was blown away by the size, decor, cleanliness and style of the room. It was more than we expected. I was a little doubtful of paying for the breakfast but so glad that we did. Again food and service second to none, food freshly prepared to order. I honestly couldn't find a negative, and will definitely go back.
Liked: Great location.

Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, as a free upgrade - how lovely! Everything was wonderful! Slept like a log on one of the comfiest beds ever ( I want one!). Parking is nearby, all shops within walking distance. Staff at reception were very helpful, breakfast was plentiful. No complaints!
Liked: Stunning.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Nothing bad to say, except breakfast is a rip off £15. Wetherspoons round the corner - get 2 for a tenner with coffee.
Liked: Everything.
Disliked: None.

Great location, not the best...
Liked: Perfect location Large comfortable bed Friendly staff
Disliked: Shower didn't have much power to it.Our room on the 2nd floor was directly above the reception/bar area so from 6am onwards we could hear alot of dragging and moving of tables which woke us up.

Very disappointed stay. Poor quality...
Liked: Not a lot
Disliked: Hard to get to with a Disable 92 year old with a walking frame. Rooms not correct and had to go through a Service corridor to get to Elderly Fathers room. But too tired to change . Matteresse needs replacing. Dipped in middle. Like being on a water bed. Lumpy old pillows. No good bright lighting , just dimmed lights could not see in the room .Furnature in Bar area tatty and ripped . Very uncomfortable metal chairs. Reception staff confused when we were checking in to two disabled rooms. Mixed them up.

Apart from the above we...
Liked: In the centre of town
Disliked: As we were on 6th floor if you wanted to have a shower on a morning it was difficult as there wasn’t any water. We were told by staff that it was due to everyone having a shower at the same time and the water had to be pumped from the ground floor up to the 6th floor.
