When I booked the hotel I was booking blind - I was looking for an ideal location for the arena as well as somewhere convenient for the evening and close to the centre for shopping. When we arrived just from the location, the fact that we didn't have to walk miles with suitcases from the car park, even not having to walk outside was a bonus. The staff were fab, as we had arrived early we had a choice of rooms to choose from which was great, and when we walked into the room, I was blown away by the size, decor, cleanliness and style of the room. It was more than we expected. I was a little doubtful of paying for the breakfast but so glad that we did. Again food and service second to none, food freshly prepared to order. I honestly couldn't find a negative, and will definitely go back.
Liked: Great location.

Stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, as a free upgrade - how lovely! Everything was wonderful! Slept like a log on one of the comfiest beds ever ( I want one!). Parking is nearby, all shops within walking distance. Staff at reception were very helpful, breakfast was plentiful. No complaints!

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Nothing bad to say, except breakfast is a rip off £15. Wetherspoons round the corner - get 2 for a tenner with coffee.

Liked: Bed and pillows were very comfy!
Disliked: The lift system is shocking. It will only work when it wants to l. You could be in the lift for some time before you can get it to work.

Great place to stay.
Liked: We had 2 rooms one for my son and his girlfriend and one for my partner, me and our daughter booked via booking.com. When we arrived the hotel said they didn't know about the room being for 3 of us. The man from Manchester on reception was really helpful and moved us to a bigger room on the top floor. This had a sofa bed in a partitioned part of the room as well as a double bed in the main part which suited us and our teenage daughter. A very nice sized room with excellent views out of the 2 windows in the room. The location was fabulous and there is subsidised parking just behind the hotel. The bar opened while we were there and it was good to have a drink on site. Covid wise they had a one way system in place to the reception, hand gels at the entrance door and 2 lifts so could generally get in one and social distance. Signs up not to share lifts. They seemed well organised. Leeds was a fantastic city to visit and the hotel a great place to stay.
Disliked: Our room was not serviced while we were there but not sure if this is due to the current situation with corona. We didn't have breakfast there as the restaurant was not open but the bar opened the night before we left so this might have changed.

Liked: Proximity to centre
Disliked: Due to Covid restrictions, the rooms were not being serviced which I understand, however this was not reflected in the price

Will be coming again
Liked: The hotel was absolutely fab and couldn?t fault anything. Rang up reception around 1 in the morning asking for another pillow and someone was up within a matter on 10 minutes, fab service. The car park is fab as well as is under the hotel and the desk give you a discount for the parking which nearly half?s the price.
Disliked: Nothing, was spot on.
