Disliked: The rooms are uncomfortable due to modern decor that features floor edges extending too far from the walls, resulting in sharp points. This design creates an unpleasant atmosphere, and guests frequently experience discomfort and injuries from bumping into these protruding elements, including sharp edges and wall outlets, which pose safety hazards. It is essential to address these issues to improve safety and ensure a more enjoyable experience for all guests.Additionally, the room key is problematic, requiring guests to visit the reception frequently to reactivate it each time they go to their rooms.

Liked: Fantastic stay! Dominik & Bogdan at reception were outstanding—friendly, efficient, and helpful. Alan in the restaurant provided excellent service throughout my visit. Clean room, welcoming staff. Highly recommend!

Great Hotel with a great...

Liked: The rooms where very clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was always very helpful and accommodating everyone spoke very good English and even helped me with speaking my very bad Polish. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Wavel Castle. The also have parking in the hotel I highly recommend reserving a parking spot. When I come to Krakow again I will stay here again! 10/10
Disliked: The only small negative thing I can say is the water dispensers on every floor only had flat water. In a stay in Germany they had flat and sparkling water. Almost not worth mentioning, and no impact to the trip at all.
