Too long waiting times for...

Liked: Clean. Well connected to airport.
Disliked: 1h check in. 1h to print about a boarding pass. Waited a total of 2hours in the reception. Room service terminal didn’t work. Reception staff disappeared while several guests were waiting for keys, prints, luggage, invoices.

Liked: Clean, elegant and beautiful hotel, 1 minute walk from the airport. Nice personal in the restaurant and Bar. Very clean rooms, comfy beds, nice bed linen, good option in the room to have possibility to open the window for fresh air. Nice to have everything available in the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion
Disliked: Breakfast is too basic for such an expensive and beautiful German hotel, like in a 3 stars hotel. No Bell boy service. Honestly, I find it unaccaptable. We came with a lot of luggage and big shopping bags, we asked for help to carry it to the room and were refused, we were not provided with any help.
