Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: The mattress - in dire need of replacement. Mentioned this at check out but doubt anything will be done about it.

A great stop over ,...

Liked: Room was excellent for design/layout / inbuilt facilities evening meal and breakfast very good , bonus that they served late in the evening to accommodate late arrival
Disliked: Restaurant a little cold

Great stay!!!

Liked: I loved the room. It was very spacious. My kids loved their room. They even liked that I was able to cast their tablet on to the TV. I think the best thing was the pool. My youngest step daughter is only 3 but she knows how to get in and out of the pool and she is practically swimming after being fearful of the water.
Disliked: The fact that we had to leave. I was on the last few days of my annual leave. We wanted to do something to cap it off. So we chose to do the hotel stay. I am happy we did it.

Liked: Place looked nice was nice room size decor spot on mini fridge too! Well worth the price
Disliked: No parking car park was over flowing parked on footpaths on corners up on the grass cars squeezed into corners making it tight go around some corners in the car park!Had a very inconvenient sleep on 2 singles as 1 bed for a couples night out not ideal

Overall a pleasant stay.

Liked: The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice, the staff were efficient and friendly and everything was well presented.The room was ample, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was good and the hospitality tray was acceptable.The gym was well equipped. The bar staff were efficient and the light meals we had were tasty.
Disliked: It wasn't made clear upon booking that there would be an £8 charge for overnight parking.We weren't initially given the type of room we had requested and that had been confirmed, but when this was changed the key card didn't work and there were dirty glasses sitting outside the room in the corridor. It didn't give a good first impression.Whilst we were able to use the gym early in the morning it was a pity that the pool and steam room didn't open until 7 a.m. which meant we weren't able to use them.
