Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands Airport

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Disliked: The mattress - in dire need of replacement. Mentioned this at check out but doubt anything will be done about it.

Liked: Looks great and the room was great value for money. The staff were very friendly as well.
Disliked: The restaurant was expensive. The burger I had was not worth £20. Personal preference but the pillows were not comfortable for me.

Disliked: Everything is add-on breakfast, parking so the cost of the room can be expensive when compared with other hotelsBath had marks on it, the sink drain plug was stuck and not draining, body wash was not topped-up had to ask. Table lamp not working. Corridors decor outdated with marks on walls

Excellent hotel with one slight...

Liked: Great location, very comfortable bed and exceptional facilities in the room
Disliked: I asked for a quiet room and the property did not respond to the messages. The room was noisier than previous stays at the same hotel but it was, in their defence, very busy.
