Radisson Blu Hotel East Midlands Airport

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Only downsides were a mattress in dire need of replacement (room 409) and oddly noisy sheets. Don't expect to use the pool on a Saturday morning as it is busy with kid's clubs although allegedly available.

Always an excellent venue for...

Liked: The room excellent - the standard rooms are great but you upgraded me, thank you. The venue is clean, as a solo female traveller (I've stayed with you a number of times before) it always feels safe. I really enjoy the pool - great to unwind after a long day.
Disliked: There were 2 electrical issues, one a malfunctioning kettle which you replaced, the other a TV that kept switching itself off (kind of fixed - thank you). Small point but the GF bread on the room service menu could be better.

Liked: Amazing stay! Staff even put mini Easter eggs into our room which was a hit with our son! Breakfast was extremely yummy and amazing quality and we really enjoyed using the pool both when we arrived and the following morning, we really couldn’t complain about a single thing everything was perfect!
