Liked: Hotel lobby and bar was great, although quite expensive. Some staff were amazing, and one other appeared to just not want to be there and a bit miserable. Location was great.
Disliked: The room didn’t match the pictures and was very dated with dirty old carpet that didn’t look like it was even fitted properly. Not enough towels. Stain on bed. The hotel advertised parking but there wasn’t any available.

Liked: Food was good but you would expect that your not a greasy spoon cafe,we decided to do breakfast at 9.30 am ,every table had dirty plates and cups and other clutter all over them,I approached a member of staff and was told "well we are short staffed and busy" but he did eventually clean the tables.
Disliked: When I booked via booking dot com I specifically asked for rooms with a view and breakfast ,my room faced another hotel and other rooms faced railway lines,we actually ended up having to pay extra for the breakfast as when we spoke to the hotel they said it wasn't included ???.I paid£600 for the 5 rooms ,in fact what I should have done when one of the party said if you go online now and rebook direct with the hotel you can get the same rooms for£75 each and I actually could have cancelled with booking .com and saved quite a bit of money ,next time I won't be a mug and just settle for it..I found the rooms on par with any normal premier inn ,although I did enjoy the comfortable bed,.di
