Superb

Liked: Great location, lovely staff, comfy bed, fantastic outlook from this "city view" room. Fridge was an unexpected bonus and came in handy!
Disliked: There was no dressing table and the only mirror near a power point was a full length mirror, with no table, in poor light. Probably wouldn't bother a guy but for a woman getting ready to party, that's a definite fail.

Clean, comfy and great value

Liked: Spotless and adalaide on reception was brilliant - asked to be moved to a quiet room and she did it for us without question- we slept like babies
Disliked: Lots of hens and stags but that’s Cardiff not the hotel

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful...

Liked: The lovely touch the staff did for our anniversary . Left a card with balloons on the bed . Beds were very comfortable, staff so friendly & helpful. One of the quietest hotels we've stayed in. Breakfast was great, so much choice. Would definitely love to stay again . Close to everything and just around the corner from train station.
Disliked: Pillows were a bit too hard for us , evening meal was ok but steak quite chewy
