Liked: It was very hygienic and had a lot to offer.
Disliked: When we arrived to check in I was told multiple times by the receptionist that I never paid even though I had on the app and I had proof but she never had any of that and gave me a charge of one pence to my account, I also requested a late check out at 4pm for £30 which I went down to reception to pay for in the night. However, the next day we had 3 disruptions from staff members - one who just let themselves into our room who then went down to reception who then called us saying their colleague has just informed them we wanted a late check out, we told them yes we’ve paid for it so the receptionist then checked and saw we had already paid but surely that should’ve been checked before ringing us ? We then had another knock at the door from a staff member which we had to tell once again we had a late check out. Also I requested a double bed and had 2 single beds just pushed together which was slightly uncomfortable. Another thing was our room card stopped working in the middle of the night which we then had to go and get another which took a while as according to the nice security guard the staff went for a fag.

Liked: Clean, and adequate with underground car-park. Bed was superking andvery comfortable.
Disliked: Corporate feel. View out onto floors of empty rooms. And I thought £18.00 for less than 24 hours in the car-park was rather expensive.

Very poor
Disliked: I recently stayed at the Radisson Blue Hotel Bristol, and while the property itself seemed pleasant at first, my experience was overshadowed by a serious incident that was poorly handled. During my stay, there was a fire in the room next to mine, which was understandably alarming. Although the hotel staff responded to the fire, the lack of communication and concern for the guests afterward was disappointing.Despite the severity of the situation, the hotel made no effort to offer any form of compensation or even a formal apology for the disruption. My family were left feeling unsafe and unsettled for the rest of the stay, yet the management seemed indifferent.I would have expected at least a gesture of goodwill or a discount for such an ordeal, but instead, we were left feeling like our concerns were dismissed.The room itself was fine, and the amenities were standard, but the way this emergency was handled speaks volumes about the hotel’s priorities. For the price we paid, we expected much better treatment, especially during a crisis. Unfortunately, this experience has left us reluctant to return or recommend this hotel to others.
