Liked: The staff and manager were excellent.
Disliked: We had booked a twin room and selected an upgrade after receiving info about the standard rooms facing an enclosed 'Atrium'. We were given a superior room but not twin located over the main entrance where smokers gather despite signs asking not to do so. We were then moved on request to a twin room which was much smaller and was not thoroughly cleaned. We were offered complimentary drinks and a breakfast but we were disappointed with the smaller twin room.
