Shame on them.

Disliked: Temperature of the room was set to 19 but it was actually no more 17. I asked many times to increase the temperature and they granted they would have done, but nothing happened. I was even denied an additional wool blanket because “outside the hotel policies”. After two cold nights they apologized with a discount: I didn’t pay the parking. At the moment still waiting to have back the warranty blocked on my credit card. Really a pity because it would be a good hotel.

Liked: The room was perfect. The view from the rooftop was excellent. The parking is excellent, the lobby is very bug and well decorated.

Liked: Very modern but also very comfortable. Lovely location right on the banks of the Loire. Dog friendly. Underground garage with EV chargers also very handy. Good access from the ring road and easy to get back on the road in the morning. Staff lovely.
Disliked: Hotel restaurant food a bit hit and miss. Wine lovely and our dog was welcome, which was lovely.

Liked: Our room was standart hotel room, tidy, well organized, provides everything needed. The bathroom was enough and clean.Car park is an advantage, bit expensive Euro 20 /day.
