Liked: Suite was very, very nice.
Disliked: Breakfast - good job it was free.

Disliked: Air condition was not working in suite 1503 Food menu is very limited. In the bathroom water was flowing out of shower.

NO AIRCON

Disliked: Aircon wasn't working and hadn't been for a long time apparently. Only 21 degrees the day we stayed and the room was unbearable even with a fan. We were told that the week before with temperatures of 30+ it had been absolutely horrendous!Our room had no bathroom door as it had been broken and not replaced. Because of the lack of aircon making us feel claustrophobic and no sleep we checked out early and moved hotels. We have stayed here 15+ times over many years but hadn't been for a couple of years. Very sad to see a good hotel go downhill like this!

Disliked: The air conditioning wasn’t working, and the room was hotter than the corridors and even outside. It was absolutely boiling, It was an uncomfortable stay overall, struggled to sleep over nigh, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially in the summer.

Disliked: Air conditioning dreadful - room was at least 28 degrees. No change of room option so had to suffer. They did provide fans but that made the room really noisy and made little difference

Good

Liked: The room. It was huge and spacious, big windows and clean.
Disliked: The air con. The lowest it went was 19 degrees, most hotels I've stayed goes to about 16 which is much more comfortable.
