Liked: Fabulous view and room size, staff in the morning were super. Comfy bed. Perfect location.We had a couple of room issues, however these were recitifed and dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction by the staff in the morning.

Perfect location

Liked: The location is perfect. 5min walk from Grand Central and less than 5min walk to the Hippodrome theatre. Very Central.
Disliked: The room was lovely modern and clean, however, it was very warm in our room with the air-conditioning not working. This was reported upon checkout and staff logged this with maintenance.

Convenient location and was good...

Liked: Location - great as really close to the stationStaff - really friendly and efficientBreakfast - tasty and fresh. Especially liked freshly squeezed orange juice.View from the room was quite impressive from the 17th floor
Disliked: This is a 4-star hotel. I requested and was given a double bed. Except it wasn't. It was two single beds pushed together, covered with a double sheet and a double duvet. I am sure nobody likes that sinking feeling as the gap gradually opens up. I just don't think any hotel should call two singles pushed together a double bed and especially not a 4-star property. The room was also a bit too hot. Would have been okay except the air conditioning is very noisy indeed. I didn't have a problem sleeping but others might
