Lovely stay in a great...
Liked: Room was nice, breakfast and evening meal were lovely - Dagmar in the restaurant gave us amazing, friendly table service. Location was ideal, a quiet spot but still close to the city, and with a nice water feature in the grounds. Convenient parking was great as we had hired a large vehicle for our family. Lovely to sit and have a relaxing drink in the bar, looking out at the water. I would definitely return here - we all enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: I think the hotel was having an issue with hot water the last day we were there as the shower was very cool despite running it for ages, but that was just unlucky I think. there were no issues on other days. If I had to be very picky I would add some grilled tomatoes to the breakfast - but perhaps that is not traditional for a full Irish? It was delicious anyway.

Adequate but not memorable
Liked: Location central enough to walk to where we wanted to visit. The Business Park in the same area is well manicured and adds to the pleasantness of the location. Receptionist checking us in was really pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Overuse of air freshener to the point of feeling a bit smothered. Hotel would benefit from a good airing - open all doors and windows and let the air through. Dinner in the hotel was adequate but not memorable. Breakfast was varied. Hot options were warm.

Stylish and comfortable city centre...
Liked: Stylish hotel in the Gasworks area of Belfast within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars and attractions of the city. We chose this hotel because it has a limited amount of on-site parking, which is rare in a city centre hotel (£14 a day additional charge). Large comfortable room, huge bed and smart bathroom, although the shower was not very powerful. The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide choice of hot and cold options. All in all, a great choice for our short stay in Belfast.

Great hotel, really nice staff.
Liked: It was a very nice hotel and the staff were very nice, the food in the restuaraunt was ok but one issue I found was the main areas seemed under staffed, for example the restuaraunt and bar. We returned from an event on Saturday night to find one staff member on the bar and struggling to manage the orders. She did eventually receive help but this is the only issue i found with the property.
Disliked: See above.
