Great location, beautiful rooms, lovely...
Liked: The room was a lot bigger than I expected, it was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. I was able to get tonnes of work done as it was nice and quiet, and the bed was super comfy. 10/10 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Short walk from the train station as well!

A beautiful place to stay
Liked: It was modern it was Clean. The rooms were spacious beautifully decorated they were light and airy
Disliked: On hindsight, the location was much further away from the centre of town and all the facilities as I have mobility issues was too far away to walk

Disappointing
Liked: Overall hotel looked really well. quiet location - pond nice touch. Staff lovely. Very helpful. Received a room upgrade but was very disappointed in the general standard of the room.
Disliked: The room in general. Complete revamp needed. All bathroom fixtures were loose. Seal around shower tray was all black mould. Bath badly dinged and scraped.Room lighting very poor. Lack of fridge.Very noisy heating system.Carpet stained. Very disappointed after having such high expectations.At the restaurant we had our menus removed off us when we ordered from the specials being told that that menu didn't apply on a Sunday. As a result our food bill was extremely expensive compared to the deal we were originally presented with.

Fab hotel in great location,...
Liked: Voco is in a great location (just bottom of Ormeau Road) and its 15 min walk to city centre. We booked for for 1 night, but would have loved to have stayed longer as fab hotel. We received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite on arrival, so that was really nice treat. Room was superb. Spotless clean. And built-in super fast phone chargers on sockets was a great bonus. Breakfast was lovely - loads of choice. And the staff throughout the hotel were really nice, and super helpful. We'll defo be back to stay again. Highly recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike. Maybe a small fridge in room would be nice in summer for cold drinks (if we planned to stay longer that is).
