A disappointing and frustrating experience...

Disliked: A disappointing and frustrating experience – avoid.I had unauthorised charges applied to my card after checkout — €250 more than my final invoice, without my consent. I've now had to involve my bank to dispute the charge, which is time-consuming and completely unacceptable.The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the breakfast was poor — both in quality and experience. The breakfast area was overcrowded, noisy, and chaotic, not what you expect from a supposedly premium hotel.This stay left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed

Liked: Great shower and view from room
Disliked: We visited the hotel just for the restaurant and when we couldn’t book a table online, we spoke directly with the restaurant and told them the date and they said they would fix us a table, but they didn’t check the date and inform us that they are closed on Sundays

Wonderful

Liked: Location was excellent for the things we wanted to do ie the Porsche museum and the Mercedes museum
Disliked: The dinner menu didn’t really fit our taste
