Superb

Liked: This has been my favourite place so far on our journey. I had the best and most comfortable sleep. Beds were comfortable! I love the openness of the lobby and restaurant. Breakfast was superb with everything from meats and cheese, breakfast cereals, toast and pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and juices. Was a very clean hotel with lots of amenities.
Disliked: Rooms were quiet, except for the TV blaring from across the hall.

Liked: Nice hotel out of the hussle and bussle of the town. Excellent staff and nice large rooms.

Disliked: queues at check-in/out desks, only one person working them, only with a substantial number of people in the queue, staff were moving around,d but nobody opened another position. Also the checkout requires going to the desk rather than just dropping keys which seems a bit archaic

Liked: Staff overall responsive and welcoming
Disliked: Room was a bit dated but big issue was broken toilet - we should not have been given room in first place but I need to push to get another room after failed attempt from maintenance who couldn’t fix and was left inconvenienced waiting - once I expressed how unhappy I was the staff quickly fixed situation and moved us to a new room and were great - but really it shouldn’t have been my insistence that solved the issue
