Would not recommend to Travellers...

Liked: Although we initially had a problem with the room the staff were very quick to resolve our issue. In saying that we paid for the upgrade. Having free parking was great. The customer service at the restaurant and bar was great.The rooms we upgraded to were spacious and very comfortable.
Disliked: We were extremely disappointed in the Junior suite we booked - it had absolutely no storage for clothes and did not present as photos online. Being a suite one would think hanging space would be a given but the small rooms had more cupboard and hanging space. We upgraded to a better room with plenty of wardrobe space and paid a high price for this.The Raddison is far away from any amenities so you basically give them your dollars or travel in a car to find alternatives.It was a very expensive stay and although we received emails from Emer asking if they could help with any activities/attractions we would like to see we never got any follow up. Even though I emailed multiple times asking for assistance these went unanswered. Finally got an email at the end of our 4 night stay saying hoped someone assisted you in my absence. No one contacted us.
