Superb stay at Radisson Blu...

Liked: The staff is phenomenal kind patient and caring. Special mention to Crystal at reception for her kindness, to Shirley Brid and Ella in food and beverage, and huge thank you to manager Cian, who personally escorted me to the tricky bus stop, and cared about every single detail of my first night in Ireland.Food is lovely and fresh in the restaurant, room is quiet and right on the garden, great beds.
Disliked: Better with a car, but still a decent bus at five minutes walk

Liked: great breakfast selection and dinner in the bar was delicious!
Disliked: nothing really. I just had to wait a little too long for a menu in the evening time, but I was really hungry!

A disappointing stay

Liked: The staff at checkin were friendly and welcoming and the room was comfortable and bed was good. Hotel is clean.
Disliked: The bathrooms are a bit dated in the bedroom. Breakfast was poor. Menu on the table but staff werent actively taking orders. Buffet was the option being informed to customers but some items were cold at the buffet and choice was limited. The spa area and swimming pool are nice areas but a shame to see so many items like showers and steam rooms broken and labels up to not use. A little bit of investment would go along way rather than cutting corners to make savings.

Disliked: Staff very poor waiting for drinks in the bar for 20/30 mins and it was quiet too just talking to each other. Food very average dinner plus hot selections for breakfast. Would get better in an average cafe.
