Lovely stay, only wish I...

Liked: Stunning property with amazing canal views. Beautiful rooms as well
Disliked: My huge double bed. I could feel where the two beds met, it was slightly uncomfortable but nothing to stop me booking the same room again

Big hotel, great location. Would...

Liked: Excellent location, comfortable, spacious rooms, decent breakfast spread, delicious resto for dinner, helpful front desk.
Disliked: There was no bellhop to help with the bags at checkout. The free water in the mini bar was only on day 1.

Very good

Liked: Staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel has a bar.
Disliked: The room has a slight bad smell and the location is not very nearby the Centraal Station. The walk takes around 20 mins.
