Third time is a charm
Liked: This is my 3rd visit to Radisson Blu Amsterdam and still is my favorite hotel in the city. The bed is the comfiest bed on this planet. Location is the ultimate best.
Disliked: A bit run down and room amenities are out dated for the price of the room. Paying over $500 a night you’d expect a lot more.

Liked: Never went. Didnt like the service.
Disliked: I would like to express my disappointment with a few experiences during my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately left a negative impression on both myself and my guests.1.Bathroom Amenities Not RefilledDuring our stay, we discovered that the shower gel in our bathroom had not been refilled. This only became apparent once we were already in the middle of a shower. We were forced to call the hotel for assistance at that inconvenient moment. This is a basic service that should not have been overlooked.2.Breakfast Payment Issue – Rooms 412 and 414Despite having informed the front desk and made payment for breakfast for two of our rooms (412 and 414) upon check-in, my guests were asked to pay again when they went for breakfast. They explained to the staff that it had already been charged to the room, but they were still made to pay on the spot. No one from the hotel attempted to contact me to clarify the situation, which would have been the professional thing to do.To make matters worse, when I learned about this incident the following morning and raised it with the front desk, the staff member I spoke to was dismissive and did not offer an apology or make any effort to resolve the issue. I was quite embarrassed, especially as my guests hadn’t told me immediately, choosing instead to pay out of pocket and skip breakfast the next day altogether — saying it was more pleasant to eat outside. When I asked them why they hadn’t eaten at the hotel, they said, “Because they made us pay or we couldn’t leave the breakfast room.” That was deeply disappointing.This was my fifth visit to Amsterdam, and while I’ve always enjoyed my trips, this was the first time staying at your hotel — a last-minute choice due to limited availability elsewhere. Superb
Liked: Room had everything you needed, steamer, hair dryer, sewing kit, shoe shiner, free umbrellas at the lobby, they held onto our bags after we checked out until we needed to come grab them. Bathroom had essential toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We booked as a gift for my husbands 40th, when I mentioned this we given free breakfast each morning of our stay. This was a lovely bonus as we found Amsterdam so expensive in general since we were last there 14 years ago. Water and refreshments also free to take to your room. Breakfast had a great selection of foods. Location was excellent! Would definitely stay again if we ever visit Amsterdam again.

Perfect of 3 nights, great...
Liked: Great location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Vending machines and self check in was a bonus.
Disliked: We didn't have a drink in the bar, it lacked atmosphere.

Disliked: Heater/airconditioner in our room did not work; faulty control panel was promptly replacedA second blanket was not in our room but one was brought promptly when requestedSevere food allergic reaction in one of us was caused by something in the breakfast. This was not explicable as the usual allergen for this victim is molluscs; the Executive Chef said there were no shellfish in the kitchen.

Enjoyable stay and great location.
Liked: Location was great and staff helpful. Bed very comfortable. Convenient parking in the hotel garage.
