Disliked: The room services was not at the level of 4 stars hotel especially the staff of the 3rd floor they were not replacing the shampoo and shower gel and even the drinking water and if you try to pick it by yourself from the trolley they shout on you...Moreover imagine that every request of food to the room they ask for 8 euro extra service to be added on the bill. The front desk staff were very helpful especially Mrs. Paula.
