Disliked: They don’t allow for early check in and you have to wait till 3:00 pm to get your room. Also, the shuttle till 5 pm only!Elevator sometimes does work. Location is far from downtown.

Liked: Great location and very spacious property . Superb breakfast and appreciate city shuttle service every one hour .

Lot of room for improvement...

Disliked: The staff in general are not that friendly. Seems very stressed out. I have particular complaint on their ‘Le Roof’ restaurant. They absolutely need to learn how to make guests feel welcome. When we went in, there are 4-5 staff members looking at us but nobody is coming to us to get us seated including the main person in blazer. It is quite embarrassing in front of all the guests. We need to initiate a conversation to give us a seat. We went only for drinks and they gave a 2-seater outside with extra chair which blocks the path for every guest around us. Overall, it felt that they don’t want us to be there. We had to simply walk out. We went there to relax to drink a bottle of wine and they have successfully ruined the night for us.
