Liked: The hotel is quite clean. The location is acceptable but not close to the areas of interest for tourists, which means time to be taken into account to reach the tourist attractions.However, a bus stop is right in front of the hotel and a train station is just around the corner from the hotel (the train connects with the metro just one stop away)
Disliked: 1.We did not like the communication with the staff (they are not willing to help in solving the problems that may arise)2.Although the information on Booking.com was very clear about the deposit retained as a guarantee of arrival, in the amount of 50 euros, we were blocked with the amount of 600 euros even though we had paid in advance for the 5-night stay. Only the next day, after our notification, the amount was unlocked, but the information regarding the correct amount of the deposit was constantly contradictory. So pay attention to this aspect.3.The day after arrival, upon returning to the room, we found that the carpet in the room had been removed and we lost about 2 hours to get the carpet back. I will attach pictures to prove the experience we had to endure. Until the moment of departure and not until today, we didn't find out how such a big carpet could be removed (one of the versions of the reception staff was that it was taken for cleaning - but somehow we were supposed to receive a clean room when we arrived and if it was taken for the sake of cleanliness, shouldn't it have been replaced so that we don't notice or create discomfort for this whole incident?)4.The upper room of 24 meters was not comfortable from the point of view of space (it didn't seem 24 meters). Apart from the wardrobe, you didn't really have anything to put your personal things on (narrow table of maximum 25 cm), bedside tables with drawers dysfunctional. The small and uncomfortable bathroom with no place for personal items. Extremely strong smell of mold and lack of ventilation in the bathroom.A huge window that could barely be opened because its opening was made difficult by the curtains mounted high and that risked falling if you forced the window open.5.A very linear breakfast, the same few things every day, nothing changes and very few options, especially if there are certain allergies (lactose or gluten).6.

An enjoyable stay

Liked: Great breakfast and comfy rooms
Disliked: Problem with the taxi booking on the way back to the airport. Taxi was 20 mins late after prompting and I suspect the concierge had forgotten to inform the taxi company

Liked: The room and hotel were super clean, great breakfast and friendly stuff.
Disliked: The room was really small, not enough space for two people. Very few hangers, and no shelf in the bathroom. The hotel is not so far away from the city center but the connections are super bad. We had to walk most of the time or pay uber.
