The front desk clerk was extremely rude and dismissive and poorly explained the parking which I ended up having to pay for because she didn’t explain it properly, and when I asked her again to clarify, and she seemed to get really annoyed, and just said the exact same words that made no sense whatsoever. She also seemed to be really unhappy with her job and looked at me like I didn't belong here.

Liked: The hotel room was wonderful.
Disliked: The front desk clerk was extremely rude.
