The front desk clerk was extremely rude and dismissive and poorly explained the parking which I ended up having to pay for because she didn’t explain it properly, and when I asked her again to clarify, and she seemed to get really annoyed, and just said the exact same words that made no sense whatsoever. She also seemed to be really unhappy with her job and looked at me like I didn't belong here.

Liked: We loved being downtown, as there are few options for places to stay downtown. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived, we parked in the location suggested by the hotel, next door. The stairwell of the parking garage smelled really bad (part drugs, part urine, part something else). We live downtown in our city, so we have a pretty high tolerance, but this was a poor first impression. Also, for a 4 star hotel, I would have expected to have glass, not plastic, cups in the room. It’s not particularly environmentally friendly, and it cheapens the place.
