The front desk clerk was extremely rude and dismissive and poorly explained the parking which I ended up having to pay for because she didn’t explain it properly, and when I asked her again to clarify, and she seemed to get really annoyed, and just said the exact same words that made no sense whatsoever. She also seemed to be really unhappy with her job and looked at me like I didn't belong here.

Concerned For the Safety of...

Liked: The location was great and the room was fine.
Disliked: Check in was a mess. We got checked in and went up to the room and our keys did not work. We went back and got keys and they worked this time, but someone else was in the room we were assigned. We went back again and they did not have any rooms with two beds and the person at the desk could not reach any of the managers. We ended up in a room with one bed the first night and did not sleep well. We were able to switch rooms for our second night. I fear for the safety of guests first based on our situation and our experience was overall poor. The person that we dealt with the first night said we should at a minimum get a big discount, but we were billed for the full amount.
