Over priced and filthy

Disliked: 90 mins late for check in disgusting condition of rooms

Liked: Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. Ventilation for the room was good. Bathroom good.
Disliked: When we arrived men were working on the room they had given us, they did change our room but men were still using noisy power tools throughout the hotel. Room was small. Bed is not comfy at all. I would even say lumpy.

Unsatisfactory

Liked: Nothing was great
Disliked: Made sure it had an elevator. They did not note theee were 8 steps to get into the place. Also when you tried to call the front desk they would not answer. Did not get wash cloths the 2nd night I went down and asked one of the desk people and they said they would bring some up and never did!

Liked: The location is perfect. The breakfast is good
Disliked: Our keys had issues, our room was not ready at time of check in and we had a very small room and the air conditioning wasn’t great. I have stayed here a lot and this was the worst experience I have had. Nothing terrible but just wasn’t great.
