Overall a nice pleasant stay....

Liked: It suited us as we were going to the theatre and Kensington gardens. It was also close to the tube system.

Liked: Location was brilliant 3 minutes walk from the underground! That was about the only pro unfortunately,
Disliked: Room was so outdated, and tiny you couldn't swing a cat in the room and the bathroom was absolutely miniscule, we happened to also be put in a room beside rhe lift so could hear everyone getting in and out of the floor all night!

Liked: Welcoming and friendly always happy help and assist.
Disliked: Breakfast cost £56 for two people for a standard cooked breakfast buffet which was no different from a holiday inn/travelodge

Tiny old fashioned room

Liked: Given an upgrade to a tiny box room 401. God knows how small the original room was. Old fashioned, cracked sink and no space. Old fashion furniture.
Disliked: Very expensive for what is was

Beautiful hotel with helpful staff....

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very clean and close to underground.
Disliked: No alcohol free beers at the bar and usb charging points in room would be good.

Disliked: Dated & old. Tiny lifts, smelly water
