Beautiful hotel with helpful staff....

Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very clean and close to underground.
Disliked: No alcohol free beers at the bar and usb charging points in room would be good.

Liked: Nothing. I’m am extremely upset which being charged £303 for a room that had filthy carpets a tiny little box room in the corner of the hotel and a red hot room that you couldn’t turn down with the aircon as it sounded like a race car.
Disliked: Was here to run the London marathon and the sleep the night before ruined it!

Disliked: i booked 2 rooms - single & double. the prices of rooms are only around 18% different while room size differs by almost 67%. single room was so small that there was not enough space to open my suitcase. I understand the room size will be smaller for single room but same should reflect in prices as well. disappointed.
