Great hotel. Super comfy mattress and pillow. Easy to adjust room temperature. Very clean.

Liked: The beds were so comfy; pillows were just right. Room temperature was easily adjustable. Bathroom was spotless.
Disliked: Why was the wardrobe in the bathroom?

Hotel, staff and food all excellent. We are and we will return in the near future.

We booked The Radisson Blu Edwardian thinking it was close to the Abba Arena, due to it being listed on your website. Although the hotel was very good it cost us £25 to get to the Arena by taxi. On booking we thought we would be in walking distance. Apart from disorganisation at breakfast time we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Most staff were excellent. The hotel was so clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing because of the lack of obvious leadership. The staff were trying hard under pressure. One member of staff ignored us whilst he was on his phone for a considerable time.

Great location and facilities. Spacious...

Liked: Hotel has a lot of facilities and well connected either with public transports or taxis. Gym and Spa were great, selection of food for breakfast and lunch too. Room well equipped and bathroom spacious for 2 people with a lot of items and shower + bath was a good choice. I liked the drawer with iron board, hair-dryer and laundry items.
Disliked: During breakfast and lunch the service was a bit slow (30 mins waiting for the salads) and the breakfast “à la carte”(especially in week days). They charge you a deposit at arrival 100 GBP or 300 GPB depending on the room type and you can’t use it for breakfast / lunch charges, which I find quite stressful if you go for breakfast after gym or without cards/phones.

Liked: very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Our coffee machine was broken and the maintenance man said the pods provided were not compatible with it anyway.The breakfast was average. Poor choice for vegans and vegetarians. The coffee machine broke and the food was not refreshed adequately as the staff were insufficient.On our return from a day out on Saturday 9th August for a wedding, we found our room door left on the latch and unlocked. The cleaners had completed the housekeeping and not shut the door properly. Luckily, all was intact but I feel this is unacceptable. I reported it to the reception staff the next morning.
