Disliked: Put in a disability sweet with low sinks and a large sower chair in the shower with the shower head to low to get under cause I'm 6 ft. We booked a superior room and got the opposite not happy. Complained to the manager and they wasn't bothered said they would email me to rectify on the next stay and never did pathetic payed £300 for the room unelectable

Liked: The property location was great. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist.
Disliked: Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our stay upfront and then pay the city tax separately at checkout. Why couldn’t this be combined into a single payment at checkout?I strongly recommend an interior inspection of the premises. The wall tiles in the spa, facing the hot tub, are uneven and detaching from the wall. Additionally, the wooden tiles along the pool’s inner edge are loose, posing a risk of injury. The doors in the fitting room facing the spa area open in the wrong direction, compromising privacy. There should be a lobby area before the changing rooms to prevent this issue

Beautiful hotel in great location

Liked: The hotel is beautiful very elegant and it felt very secure. Only stayed one night so didn’t get to enjoy as much as we would have liked
Disliked: Even though the rooms were still extremely nice I felt they didn’t quite match the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel.
