A good hotel but not...

Liked: The spa was lovely, and check-in and check-out was very efficient and friendly. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower/bathroom was greatA fabulous location
Disliked: The hotel was very good, but I definitely wouldn't call it a five star hotel.When I called room service I got put through to the London Edwardian (without realising) who told me (quite rudely) that what I was asking for on the menu was incorrect. They took our order, then when nothing showed up for a while we got a call telling us that there was 'a glitch in our system' - they took our order again. Nothing turned up and finally someone working at the hotel we were actually staying in took our order - they were also rude and cut me off mid-sentence (as I was trying to understand what had gone wrong) to say 'yes, yes, yes madam can you just give me your order' in an impatient way. Clearly this room service issue occurred more than once as someone knocked on our door at around 2am (2AM!) to deliver some paninis that we hadn't ordered. The tea & coffee selection in the room wasn't amazing - I've had better in a Travel Inn - most of the coffee pods we were left were decaf.We weren't given any information about Wifi, and this information wasn't in the room. It would have also been nicer to have a physical menu for room service, rather than everything on a QR code (3 different QR codes for different sections of the menu...? A bit over-complicated if you ask me)Overall a nice hotel but definitely not the luxe experience I would expect from a five-star hotel - it's pretty evident they're trying to cut costs on details that make a person's stay that little bit more special
