Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: It took a long time to check in , the window didn’t shut properly and so it was quite noisy

Liked: Great location for the West End, Tottenham Court Road tube station.
Disliked: I'd have liked to have had a bedside lamp near the bed, so that I didn't have to walk across the room in the dark after turning off the main light.

A comfortable, clean, stylish hotel...

Liked: We really liked the location right by the British Museum and near the Tottenham Court Road tube station. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance in the west end. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They offered free water, candy and shortbread cookies near the front desk for snacks. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety offered, including many nutritious options that were great. The staff was kind and very helpful whenever we had a question or needed advice. We would definitely stay here again.
