Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury Street

Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Disliked: Poor room, not what was advertised and at over £450 was not value for money. The room was dirty, with a loud aircon unit and a blind that didn’t fit the window. Not what I would expect for a 5 star hotel and this cost.

Disliked: Aircon didn't work in first room. Moved for 2nd night and given a room with a tiny bed which was very uncomfortable

Disliked: I can’t even tell because a few hours to my check in I got a call from the hotel that my booking will be canceled because they are over booked and they didn’t realize

Disliked: VERY RUDE STAFF MEMBER AT THE RECEPTION. The guy kept asking me who did the reservation, and how come you didn't read the conditiins, and if that was my first time doing a hotel reservation. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name because he didn't have a name tag.
