Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.

Very close to all amenities

Liked: Locality and access to shopping areas.Nice foyer and welcome.Excellent concierge services. The man on duty on 11 August exceptional.
Disliked: Hate those coffee pod machines .would rather watchers.

Horrible, low value

Liked: Location was ok, ok place for London standards I guess
Disliked: I asked for a twin room specifically! turns out we got there after our long flight with my father and they gave us a king size bed. There was an Indian guy at the reception who completely convinced me that he will get me a different room next day guess what he was off duty next day. never cared to follow through. Complete jackass. Couldn’t find my booking also without other people help.I ended up sleeping in the blanket on the floor. Room is tiny you can barely move. But the staff made it times worse with this attitude. I should have gotten his name! Indian guy worked night shift at the reception. /Shame on him !

Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast area...

Liked: Great location, fantastic room, great breakfast.
Disliked: Couldn’t work out how to turn off the air con ( very small button at top) or the light in the wardrobe but both were minor things.

Dreadful service.

Liked: No room service or bar service after 11. Despite having a suite. Got told to use uber eats by the staff. Stayed here many times befote Never again. !!!
