Liz, Solihull, visiting Piccadilly Theatre London
Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.
Liked: Lovely hotel.

Good location&Good staffs
Liked: The location of the hotel was good. It was quiet, and we were happy that the windows in our room could be opened because there's nothing like fresh air. Additionally, the staff were generally very attentive. I would especially like to thank Meheraj, who greeted us with a smile every morning at breakfast. He is a very sincere and attentive staff member. If we come back, we would choose this hotel again because our 3-year-old daughter really loved Meheraj.

Disappointing
Liked: A very clean hotel.
Disliked: I books my room way back in January and when I booked I purchased premium room however, when I arrived at the hotel and entered my room it clearly wasn’t a premium room as the room was tiny. I told reception that I was not happy with my room as it did not reflect what I had booked on Booking.Com, I was informed that the room I booked was definitely a premium room but I told the hotel I didn’t believe them and I wanted to change room. The hotel staff informed me that this was not possible as they were fully booked, this infuriated me as 2 weeks previous the hotel were sending emails out offering people upgrades. I demanded to speak to the hotel manager who really didn’t help at all, he offered me a 10% discount for one night and a free breakfast to which I was disgusted at, I explained to him that that I had spend a lot of money on this room and I was extremely disappointed in his offer. He finally offered me 30% off two nights but I am still yet to receive this. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff were helpful & friendly, room was clean.
Disliked: The standard room was pokey. We kept hitting our shins on the end of the bed as the room was so small. Small window overlooking the back of the hotel. Poor value for money at almost £500 per night.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent but a little limited. It is (I think) quite common for pancakes to be a breakfast item.
Disliked: The hotel bar shut very early, especially for a Saturday night when guests are returning to the hotel after a night out in London only to find the bar shutting 12:00.

A lovely hotel with great...
Liked: Small thing but made a big impression was fruit available at reception and a fruit bowl in the room. It is a small detail but important. Breakfast had an excellent selection to cater for all tastes. Room was a good size and had everything you needed. Location was great for the theatre and had good safe parking in Museum Street.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast was filter and not fresh ground. And our room could be interconnecting (( a good feature , which if we were travelling with our 7 year old we would have wanted to make use of) but the ladies in the neighbouring room were noisy until well past midnight when I banged on the interconnecting door and asked them to do quiet, which they did..
