Staff were very friendly and helpful; hotel is situated in walking distance of shops and theatres. We had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay there again.
Liked: Lovely hotel.

Passable
Liked: Location is nice, fancy restaurant with very friendly waiter. Recption area nice, reception staff relatively unbothered
Disliked: didn't get the room I booked, nor the promised update. Restaurant booking got lost. The room does not reflect the grandness of the foyer and really was overpriced.

Liked: Great location near the British Museum. We got a quiet and surprisingly large room. Very friendly and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The faucets were a bit leaky (there was a slight learning curve to closing them).

Not a fan but has...
Liked: Location is good not too far from the tube and bus stations and major streets and atteactions. Room is not too spacious but iv'e seen smaller in london. Bathroom , though, was wide with an excellent walk-in shower. Staff was helpful enought and we were thankful to have approval for a late check out by 3 hours, with no additional charge - nice of them. The hotel is clean and central.
Disliked: We asked for twin beds and yes we got it, however the areangement of the room was akward and beds corner popped into the middle of the room and we got bruised again and again from its pointed edge. Our room was facing a very ugly internal yard full with ac or other motors. Insulation of room was not good especially from the corridor into the room....every step and murmur heard as if theres no separating door .....so careless of them. But also the pipes running water were heard loudly inside our room from other rooms and quite bothered us at night. There are no reading lights by the beds so either ceiling light or none, so i couldnt read....Last remark is the very expensive breakrast 29 £ that we of course skipped, as the area around the hotel offers nice bakeries and coffee shops. We do love to have breakfasts where we stay but this was totally over the roof.
